For dealerships and used-car dealers that run a CRM

100 % of your sales opportunities in your CRM, at the right time

Every leboncoin and La Centrale buyer who writes to you lands in your CRM, with their whole conversation. The timing depends on the quality of the exchange and on your opening hours: your salespeople get buyers they can actually talk to, when they are there to call them back. And as soon as a salesperson has reached the buyer, Osmosia stops by itself.

The same setup works from one CRM to the next. We check with you that yours accepts the connection, then each dealership sets its own values at the start. The ones on this page are our starting values.

The detail, family by family

Every 10 minutes, Osmosia goes through each conversation started after the connection date, and sorts it into one of three families.

  1. Qualified lead

    What triggers it
Their score is above the threshold: 30 %, adjustable.
    When it goes
Within 10 minutes, whether the dealership is open or closed, between 7 am and 11 pm.
    What happens next
Osmosia stops replying: your salesperson takes over. Their note is pinned.
  2. Ongoing conversation

    What triggers it
The buyer wrote a real message, without being qualified.
    When it goes
1 h after their last message (adjustable from 1 to 24 h, or off). Only during opening hours, and if that message is less than 72 h old.
    What happens next
    Osmosia keeps replying.
  3. Unqualified lead

    What triggers it
They only saved the ad, without writing a real message.
    When it goes
Not sent, on purpose. A saved ad almost never gives a way to reach the buyer: most of the time, no phone number. Your salespeople only get buyers they can talk to.
    What happens next
If they write later, they become an ongoing conversation and go out as usual.

What shows up in your CRM

One prospect per vehicle

The ad title, a leboncoin or La Centrale label, the link to the ad, and the owner of your choice. A buyer who writes about three vehicles gives three prospects: three possible sales, and Osmosia sends them all. Your salesperson groups them into a single deal if they want, with your CRM's own tools.

The contact

Their first name, last name, phone number and email. Found if they already exist in your CRM, otherwise created.

A single Osmosia note

In the title: the temperature (cold, warm, hot, very hot, priority), the score and the reason. Below: the contact, their phone number, the date the conversation started, the ad and its price, the link to reply in the messaging, the summary for a qualified lead, and the whole conversation, latest message first.

Qualified lead: the note is pinned at the top of the record. Your salesperson sees right away who to call first.

After sending: a note that stays up to date

  • The same note is rewritten with every message from the buyer and every reply from Osmosia. Your salesperson follows everything said on leboncoin without opening the messaging, including when the buyer keeps writing after being qualified.
  • An ongoing conversation becomes a qualified lead: the same note switches to the “qualified” format and gets pinned. No second prospect is created.

Contact made: Osmosia stops by itself

Your salesperson works in their CRM, without telling Osmosia anything. As soon as they set the “Contact made” status on the prospect, Osmosia sees it within 10 minutes and stops: it no longer replies to the buyer, and the note is no longer updated.

Nobody talks to the buyer twice, and nobody has to tell anyone.

The status is set on the prospect. If your salesperson converts the prospect into a deal, Osmosia stops as well. The sales manager can also stop a conversation from the Osmosia app.

Until that status is set

  • Ongoing conversation: Osmosia keeps replying, and the note stays up to date.
  • Qualified lead: Osmosia has already stopped replying; only the note keeps updating.

Vehicle sold: Osmosia recognises the sale in your CRM

Osmosia can recognise the deals marked as won in your CRM, in other words your sales. When the deal comes from a buyer Osmosia sent you, the sale is credited to it.

You measure Osmosia's performance in real sales: how many vehicles are sold to buyers it replied to, recorded in your own CRM, with nothing extra to enter.

Two shortcuts for your salespeople

  • A “Call” activity for the prospects' owner. As soon as a qualified lead goes to your CRM, Osmosia creates the call in their activity list, dated that day. Your salesperson no longer has to look for who to call back: the call is waiting in their day.
  • The prospect's value, at the ad price. Each prospect carries the vehicle's price: your salespeople sort their prospects by amount in one click.

What we set up together at the start

  • When buyers are sent. The qualification threshold (30 % by default), for an ongoing conversation, the delay after the buyer's last message (1 h by default, or 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 h, or off), and your opening hours.
  • Who receives the prospects. The owner of your choice in your CRM, who then shares them out among your salespeople your way.
  • The connection date. By default, only conversations started after it go to your CRM. If you were already importing your buyers, it can be set to your last import: Osmosia catches up with those who wrote to you since, going back as far as the day before the connection, no further.

Example of an extra setting. A dealer specialised in imported vehicles can ask for a qualified buyer to also get an email with their booking link, with the sales team in copy. Each dealership adds what fits the way it sells.

Start with the trial

In the evening and at weekends, Osmosia keeps replying to your buyers, under your name. When you open, your salespeople find them in your CRM. The trial starts with a 30-minute video call to set Osmosia up on your ads.
